This care is delivered to people who still live in their own homes but who require additional support with personal care, domestic tasks or any other activity that permits them to uphold their independence and quality of life.
Qualifications
- Ability to identify and carry out all necessary training to develop the role.
- The passion for changing someone's life is preferred
- Previous experience or knowledge and understanding about the role
- Compassion and skills in communication
- Good interpersonal ability and strong working relationships
- The ability to adapt quickly, easily, and without significant concern to change.
